Through some excruciatingly painful websearches (ICE gives you desert recipes, circuit is not much better) I found a few places and Jim Granville [jim.granville@designtools.co.nz] an ICE etc. manufacturer who evidently is very knowledgeable in this area informed me that Winbond never 'got around to' making a bondout version of the chip. If this is an example of Winbonds attitude towards developing with their chips I would be very weary of using their products.
