If I understand you correctly, what you are looking for is a simulator.
There is Keil (I know), Pinnacle (I believe) and many more. DO be aware that a simulator simulates so, something that works in the simulator is only 98% certain to work in "real life". Also the CEIBO emulator software (free down load) will run as a simulator, albeit slow. Erik |
