Hello

Some years back i bought "BENQ Athena" mobile phone. That phone had a add on camera module, which could be plugged in. the phone is long gone, but i still have the camera.
I would like to do an 8051 application where visual image would be needed. I was thinking of using this camera module. I was searching for any information that would be useful, but was unable to find any.
On the module there is SI62LV1024 sram and 74lcx373 latch and CCD chip with lenses attached, but with no label or anything. there are 4 contacts for output. I know 2 are GND and VCC. when power is applied the other two lines are set to VCC. I checked the circuit but there is no action of whatsoever. only the 33MHz clock is running.
I know it is very hard if not impossible to find data on this, but if anyone has any idea, i would be very happy.
