Contrary to what you learned in school, 'C' is NOT a universal language.
Yes, (most of) the syntax is standard, but interrupt handling, memory mapping and much more is compiler specific. I hope you are not one of the Cidiots that believe they can migrate to another processor in a few minutes. I have migrated PC C people to the '51, the average time to be proficient (a relative tern, I know) is months, not days. Erik |
