Thank you for comment. OK. I read data once a second. I try all of its calibration modes (0-7). also, i have 2 ICs for my test. also there is a optical isolation between serial port and pc. I removed analoge multiplexers from board and feed input voltage directly to its AIN+, AIN- is ground. gain is 1 (default). in bipolar modes its output reach saturated ($7bcb ???) at about 2000 mv with 2475 mv Vref ??? also i see only 12 bits data stability in best conditions. already i used sigmas-delta adcs such as avr uCs built in adc with no problem. |
