I developed few applications based on ZILOG Z8Encore last year. One of them was 12' by 4' LED scrolling board and one was GSM modem connected data logger with SMS facility. Both working fine. In data processing requirement in LED Board was quite high and successfully processed by ZILOG. The high driving capacity of ZILOG MCU (Alternate function), I used to drive directly 40 74LS373. |
