#10153 - RE: ADuC812 ADC readings |
Dear Josh,
I think you didnot get my problem. I am connecting 1 vdc signal to I/P-1 i.e. pin 1 of the chip through buffer (voltage follower) The successive readings I am getting in ADCDAT(ADCDATAH&ADCDATAL)register are 0BFF,0C1D,0CO1,0BF8,0BF8,0BFF... Thus difference between max & min. readings of single channel is around 20h. The same problem occurs with all other channels with more or less same result. even with on chip temp. sensor. I think the problem is noise related. what do you think? Please let me know. What I am having doubt about is the power supply &/or my pcb layout. If you can give me some tips about your power supply & PCB layout, I will be obliged. Thanks, MAK. |
