your code indicates that you do not understand even the simplest facts about serial communication with the '51 as an example:
SBUF=CMD_INICIAR; // sends start command
SBUF=direccion; // sends the slave addressThus, till you show a simple communications progran (a to b, nothing else) do not expect any help from me.
