After assembling the code i m getting erros as "Undefined opcode"
It would help (I think) if you could tel us what assembler you are using. It would be impossible to identify the error without knowing that. one recommendation: switch to Keil (free eval) or Metalink (free assembler) if you are using some "strange" assembler nbody know about, who can help you.
