#101800 - TTL driving capabilities comparation? |
I wonder if someone has a good link to a PDF/chart/Table/page which has a comparation between the driving capability of diffrent (54)74TTL families.
I know diffrent part numbers (Buffers,Latches,Gates)have diffrent driving capability ,but in example most of the HC/HCT family has a 8mA sink/source capability. I didn't found a good link using Google ,maybe i used bad search queries. Farshid |
