I have never (till now) seen a '51 derivative that specified anything but somewhere in the 33pF range. Looking in the datasheet it does, indeed, say 5pF +-5pF. Had I decided to use this chip (I never would, it is Atmel) I would immediately fire an e-mail off to Atmel customer support "Is this a misprint"
