I see no branches at 30H or at 100H.

All I can see is that in org 00H (reset vector) ther is a ljmp to main, and main happens to start at 30H. At 0BH (t1 interrupt vector) there is a ljmp to 0100H, and ORG 100H is obviously where your T1 ISR starts...
