i am sing an 8051 presently to generate sine waves.it's simply using a look-up table whose values are then sent to the DAC0808.
the prblem is when i try to get a sine out put,the value i use give a good wavw form for the lower half side but the upper half resembles a semi-square wave.can nyone help with the values? also i if want to generate waveforms like sqaure and ramp d i need to foloow t hw same equation as in sine i.e. multiply and add 5 and multiply 25.6? i 've tried with and without this but no results.
kindly help.....i have to submit this soon and i am a beginner.
