As well, somewhere on stocks there are obsolete Atmel/Temics parts T89C51RD2. This derivative contain EEPROM and have DIP40 package as well. Be careful to not buy them. To increase confusion, after Atmel acquired Temic, they produced the T89C51RD2 with an "Atmel" marking, but omitting the "T" prefix (so they are marked "89C51RD2" plus a big "Atmel" logo). While they are not unusable, they are slightly different than the AT89C51RD2/ED2 so you would have unnecessary extra trouble with them. Jan Waclawek |
