#103246 - - and you make a sale Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Yes, I know they do it and they do it very fast(approx a few minutes???). Do you know a way I can prevent someone stealing my code? Right now, I stay ahead of the losers by constant improvements in the code. That way, they keep spending $1000 for each incremental change I make.
- and you make a sale. Otherwise, how do they get hold of your code? Erik I just have a thought. You have a company, let's call it "Acme". You make a product that has "room for improvement". Have a friendly customer approach another company, let's call it DOT (den of thieves) with the proposal "if you promise that, by free upgrades, at all times your product will be comparable to the Acme product, I'll buy yours. Then upgrade every 2 weeks and drive them crazy. |
