#103667 - Synchronous Serial Port in 8051 : Help |
Greetings all !
I was earlier using a vocoder with parallel channel interface which I had directly connected with the 8051 parallel port but now the updated version of the vocoder contains the synchronous serial channel interface instead of the earlier parallel one ! I ve searched a lot but its really hard to find a microcontroller with a synchronous serial interface (6 wire : One for Tx, one for Tx_Clk, One for Tx_strb and the same three for Rx) !! Can anyone help me out here ?? One idea is to use the asynch serial port in mode 0 (shift register) which some how becomes synchronous, but I havent used it in that mode before plus I wld still be missing the strobe signals, plz help me out here !! |
