#104186 - Auto baud rate detection...Problem |
am using phillips 89c51rd+ controller,
i will getting data from a pc which has front end designed to the purpose.. data will be in bytes..first and last byte is a check for the correct data...pc will send data in either baud rate's ie in 4800bps or 9600bps..i have to check baud rate and receive the data that has been sent from PC...i can set one baud rate in my controller..how do change the baud rate... The problem is like i do not know what baud rate i will be receiving the data in. I have to set the baud rate in my controller in accordance with the data received....The client cannot be asked to send test data for setting the baud rate. Kindly help me out.
