But the easier solution should be the AT89C51ED2, because there is a 2kB data EEPROM inside, which can easy be written byte wise.
On the P89C51RD2 you need to read a complete page from the Flash memory, do the changes of these bytes, which you want, erase the page and write back the changed page using the API calls. Peter |
