#104612 - never the twain shall meet
Responding to: ???'s previous message
can anyone suggest a good 8052 derivative. With 2 serial Uarts built in that comes in a DIL/DIP package and has a low pin count,ie. 20 pins or less
never the twain shall meet, OK never say never but you ask for a chip with an added cost feature and at the same time ask for it to be small.

The SILabs f06x series are "under a tenner in price" (single qty digikey) and have 2 UARTS, but not a low pin count; however the package is smaller than a 20 pin DIP.

I assumu US$ since you have not bothered to enter a location in your profile.
