To all,
I am working in a project and looking for a MCU that has the following :

1) >=64K Internal ROM
2) >=8K Internal RAM
3) 2 UART Port
4) Works at 3V
5) Internal 34S x 4C LCD driver(larger is ok)
6) >=2 8-bit Port for Keypad scanning and controlling
7) Small profile

It may be a little bit out of the scope of this forum.
If anyone know any MCU has or close to the above, please inform.
