Yes, I have searched extensively, I know how it works. Now I want to build a velocity sensitive radar for a new project. There is an 8052 at the heart of the system.

Does anyone else remember a little Gunn diode module that you used to be able to buy for the heart of the radar ? I have searched all over Philips (it used to be made by Mullard) website but can't find it. Is there a more modern way than the Gunn oscillator ?
