#104999 - serial port timing |
Hello All!
I'm back again, w/ another microcontroller question. As i'm new to this, i'm still learning. OK here goes. Say i'm receiving/transmitting characters through the serial port using interrupts. And i have a baud rate of 1200, using timer 1. How is it possible to add code that lets me send a character per second??? I dont think its through a baud rate, i think i have to use another timer to count, then allow the transmission to occur afterwards... If someone could help me, i'd appreciate it greatly -- Jeff |
