Yes, the only difference between the 1051, 2051 and 4051 source C file's for programming the different Atmel IC's is defining CHIPSIZE to equal the size of the chip.

I have found two other problem area's with the software. Extending the 74LS139 clock time to the 74LS374's improves reliability. Also extending the time giving to allow the cap to charge up to +12 Volts on the output of the variable regulator is helpful.
