Hi Smita,
This is only a guess. I have no experience with the development board you are using, so I could be completely wrong. However, I know that some USB devices must have the drivers installed before the device is plugged into the system. Otherwise the OS will try to install the "best" driver it can find and the whole thing can get really messed up in the registry. Did you plug the board into the USB before you installed the drivers? If so, look into this as the possible problem. You may even have to go through and manually clean the registry to get it installed correctly. |
