I just wanted to say thanks for all of the ideas. I do have a request in at part miners. I had filed a tech support with Intersil and it appears they provide another part:
CMS82C55AZ IMS82C55AZ The funny thing is they are listed as P/E compared to the P/P for the devices I sampled in first with the bus hold feature! These are Pb-free but do not incorporate the bus hold feature. Here's a link to the spec: http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn6140.pdf The spec even makes mention of the OKI part in the Features area. BTW, this chip is gone next revision! -Rich |
