The different names come from different standards, which overlapped over the years. "NP0" is the same as "C0G". "NP0" is DIN41920, "C0G" is EIA-standard RS 198B. "C0G" is still divided into subgroups, from which "CF" and "CG" are the most important, according to CECC-Norm 30600 or. IEC-norm 384-9.
