 		 #10715 - lcd programming
I used the code from this site to run an
lcd with the standard hd44780 driver,
however when I tried to use the same code with another lcd (also with the standard driver), I obtained no output (apart from the usual black squares)!

Can anybody help me?

p.s . I have checked the pins for continuity with the 8052 chip and they seem correct.
