sure it would be a possible solution with the e 8 io lines for a 4x4 keyboard matrix: but I have assambled the hardware with the 74154
yet and I dont won´t to change the PCB .. it´s all ready ...

Is there no way to select for example 1 ... 9 and the " * " botton to get
001 till 009 and pressing the button "entry" to get 10 ... 99 closing
again with the " * " button to get 010 till 099 and pressing the button
"entry" again to get 100 ... 999 closing again with the " * " star button..
linited to entry 290 ...

I want to store the entry that last was made in pressedkey to have
the old value during entry was cancelt...

Does anyone know how to code this p.h. with a code example ...

my hair is getting grey about that problem ... smile
