#110674 - maybe wrong place, but we should continu Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You may in the wrong place, there is no way you are going to accomplish this with a '51 derivative.
There are things you need to determine before you even start 1) can all functions work if interrupted (briefly). If yes, then try using a powerful processor (maybe DSP, maybe an ARM), if no, you may have an application for a network of small, cheap processors with a more powerful master. 2) since you will be battery operated, where is the tradeoff? Are you going to do the very best, even if it requires very frequent recharge? or are you going to allow a slightly subpar design and extend battery life. The adjunct question here is how big can the battery be? 3) do not get too eanmored of fuzzy logic, in some places it may, indeed be the right choice, but it will not be that throughout. I am very doubtful this will not end up a '51 application, but since it is most honorable, I guess and hope the discussion will go on in the chat forum. May your efforts be blessed and succesful, Erik |
