This code works on 89C51:
http://www.8052.com/codelib/IIC.asm (get it right here) I am not sure but I think the name "IIC" comes from Philips. I have 4 really good pdf documents (exactly what you want)but we can't upload files here. If you post your email address I can send them to you.
