The Cygnal chips are JTAG programmable and the data formats are described on pp 162-167 in the current data sheet. The flash is not paged and thus the request for uC code is moot. Provide a JTAG port and install a small '51 or PIC to drive the port from serial data. Alternatively build a JTAG interface into a PC parrallel port plug and drive it that way using a PC for the code.
