I can see you being interested in an Aussie product, you can actually call them during working hours :). Has anyone used this at all? Yes, I have. It is too long ago for me to give you a current comparison, but in those (DOS) days it was not quite as good as Keil but better than Franklin (US name for Raisonance) and MUCH better than Tasking and IAR. We chose it to have an identical tool for the '51 and the XA. The guys doing '51 only stayed with Keil. I would, were I to consider them, do some research, they "own" the PIC C market, has that relaxed their attitude towards the '51 ?. Anyhow, in those days Clyde and his guys gave FANTASTIC support, call them when we left and the explanation/fix/added info was there next morning. Erik Of course, the above refer to compiler/assembler/linker there was no such thing as an IDE in the DOS days (horray) |
