now accordingly I want to set bit 6 in the A register.
i.e. "setb A.R4" Currently i just have it jump to a series of "cjne" statements that have the "setb" commands in sequence: set_bit: cjne r4,#7,set_b_6 setb a.7 jmp set_b_r set_b_6: cjne r4,#6,set_b_5 setb a.6 jmp set_b_r what about for setting bit 6 mov r4,#040h ... orl a,r4 sometimes the simple things make life more enjoyable Erik |
