I have also 2 ES marked devices.
But there is an errata sheet with a critical bug:
Any code access on 00FFh, 01FFh, 02FFh, ... may be wrong from internal Flash. So I assume this revision was never for sale.

And my last information was, that the corrected revision should be available in July.
