Hello! In my opinion the best way is read-after-write. To detect the high Z state is not possible, I think. Verification of the stored informations takes a time, but it is easy to do. A few miliseconds you need - user doesn't notice it. Or maybe you can use i2c bus? It is very easy to handle it and read the state of the memory. |
