Re-reading the original post, I now can't understand exactly what he's after!

You need to clarify what you actually want:

  • A TCP/IP stack for your 8051 (maybe to use with your CDMA module);
  • An ethernet interface for your 8051 (which would probably also require a TCP/IP stack);
  • Something else?!
