Because i'm implementing an embedded TCP/IP stack for a C167 (8051 derivate from infineon).

ARP communication works fine
UDP communication works fine.
the next to go is TCP ...
One step at a time ...

DHCP implementation is a nice feature when using Ethernet devices ...


If you have an alternative solution, i'll be glad to hear it ! Most TCP/IP stacks are designed for large quantity production lines ! (highly priced !)
