Another option that may be of interest is a Triscend E5 Configurable System-on-Chip (CSoC) connected to a Cirrus Logic CS8900A 10Base-T Ethernet MAC.

There is also a development board available called the iKit2000, which has a daughter card containing the CS8900 Ethernet chip and PHY. Details are available via the following link.

The IKit2000 board also includes the Triscend FastChip development system.

The reference design uses the CMX MicroNet TCP/IP stack, which runs on the E5's embedded 8052 microcontroller.
