Firstly I've just joined this site, and after spending many hours here looking round, it seems a great place to learn/share ideas, so hello everybody.

Secondly...
I'm sorry if this question has been answered a hundred times before but I've just outgrown my evaluation copy of keil uvision2, and need to write bigger programs. I code in the editor of keil and i'm not interested in or use C at all. Just need a good assembler.

I realise that I'm gonna have to pay for some software and have prepared myself to put my hand in my wallet (difficult for us students), but i don't wanna put it in too deep. I'm still new to 8051 programing but the more i learn the more i wanna learn and i still have a steep learning curve, so bear this in mind.

Thanks any advice would be apreciated.

P.S. At the momment I am using An Atmel 89C51RD2 and FLIP to upload the code as i don't have a programer, but my uni lab does, which I used to upload the bootstrap.
