#11647 - RE: Using one crystal for more 89c2052 ? |
Hi Tommy,
I have application with two processors and with one crystal on board .89C2051 has two inputs for crystal. It is XTAL1 and XTAL2.First processor is for you master and the second is slave .Master has crystal between XTAL1 and XTAL2 and two capacitors opposit to ground. Now you do connection from master pin XTAL2 to slave pin XTAL1.You can try it. Another way is using of external clock (external oscillator signal) for both processors. In this case were pins XTAL1 of both processors connected. Tomas |
