Hi, Iam writing a program, as a beginner on lighting LED's (a traffic light sequence). I understand about setting a pin to logic 1 for input etc.. but what happens then? How do I set off the sequence. I have a list of hex numbers, but can't work out hoqw i manipulate them. I know this sounds like a dumb question, but hey I am a novice!!!

Any help would be great.
