#118434 - What happend to common sense? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Russell,
The interrupt in the example referenced takes less than 100 microseconds to execute. The timeout period between timer 0 interrupt is 10,000 microseconds. It is impossible to overflow the interrupt without affecting other parts of the program. So what's wrong with this specific example running without shutting off the interrupts to reload TH0 register? To the others in the peanut gallery please note this is a specific example and not what's in your imagination. Please leave comments with that in mind. Regards, Charles Bannister |
