#119110 - why would you connect a BCD converter de
Responding to: ???'s previous message
working with 89C52 to ICL7135 ADC interface.
why would you connect a BCD output A/D converter designed specifically for DVMs to a micro?. You will have to convert the BCD to binary to do anything with it and then you will need to convert it back to dispaly it. There are a) oodles and bunches of 'regular' A/Ds and b) there are dozens of '51 derivatives with built-in A/Ds
