Do not judge people on their mistakes, judge them on what they do when made aware of them.
for example at http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=118944 I said: "PS the comments are nice, it IS readable (or I would not have posted the above)" however a response like Look I had already said I am new to this field ... and then also you think that I should be perfect ...
