#119626 - schematics? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
No, but what I see in the scans Charles sent seems to me a reasonably well described programming process, given there are also the timing diagrams in the datasheet (I had a look into a different W78E-series part and a found them there so I assume you can found them in this part's datasheet too).
For the HV circuit (and maybe also the rest), you can get inspired by the circuit Charles sent. However, what is IMHO the core of your problem is not the schematics, but the firmware which would actually sequence the programming steps etc. Is it worth the hassle (and the risk of *****, sorry, spoiling something) for programming just a couple of chips? Wouldn't it be better to buy different (ISP-able) parts, or to borrow a professional programmer somewhere? JW |
