is to use a 'real' LED chip such as the SITI ST221a http://www.siti.com.tw/product/s...T2221A.pdf or the Allegro A6278 or A6279 http://www.allegromicro.com/sf/6278/ . These chips have constant current drive for each and every LED. These are examples, other similar chips exist, e.g. Rohm.
