i would like to create a development board for atmel 89s52 microcontroller
and, usually, it is a bad idea. When starting with no experience, you will end up in a situation where you spend time and more time trying to figure out whether what does not work is due to hardware or software. Buy one of the devboards from SILabs, that will give you ICElike functionality and I can see no better tool for 'seeing what goes on' than that.
