You can find some free disassemblers for the 8051 in the web, that run under MS-DOS.

I have developed one (UVIDES51), which is now part of the UVI51 environment. If you want, I can send it to your mail address. Though I think that mine is not the best, for example it does not replace SFR addresses by symbols.
