#120143 - analog port of AT89C2051 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
hi,

However, I need to sense temperature too and may use my trusty AT89C2051 with the a/d port (need to sense temperature) for development, but for reliability may have to go to the AT89LP2052 with brownout or similar since its a mains jobby.
In fact, AT89C2051 has no A/D converter but just analog comparator built-in. However you may use simple RC analog-to-digital conversion method which requires only two resistors and a capacitor in addition to hardware. This way described here Regards, Oleg |
