#120985 - code library Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Ashwin,
The code library is simply a file depository and I believe no extra formatting is done by the 8052.com server on it. When I look at your contributions (which are files with no extension), my browser (FireFox 1.5.something/Win) displays it in unproportional font (Courier-ish), so it looks quite OK. However, I'd believe other browsers might display it in a different way - it's up to the particular browser. I don't think you need to be bothered by the appearance of the code in the code library - anybody who wants to use it would download it and use it in a reasonable editor which will display moreless the original formatting. Perhaps try avoiding use of tabs. But, if you really want to keep the formatting, try to format it as a html file and append an appropriate extension to the file. I may be wrong, of course. Try.
